TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gripwell Hand Tools are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials. This guarantee does not cover improper use, abuse or normal wear. Gripwell Hand Tools are designed for specific purpose and should only be used in their intended limits. Hand tool sockets and accessories are not covered by warranty when used on power tools. We reserve the right to alter the design, specification and/or kit contents of any item without prior notice.
TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PRICES: | Prices are subject to change without notice. |
Goods will be billed at the prices existing at the time of invoicing. | |
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE: | Minimum Orders $150 Orders under $150 will be attract a freight charge |
DELIVERY: | Invoiced orders over $150 will be delivered FIS (Free into Store) to capital cities only. |
CONDITIONS OF SALE: | Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until full payment for such goods has been received by Gripwell. Goods delivered to the buyer for which payment has not been received shall remain the property of Gripwell and the buyer shall be deemed to hold such goods on behalf of Gripwell. |
CREDIT CLAIMS: | a) Short deliveries (Invoice number and date must be quoted on all claims) – All claims for short deliveries MUST be made to our office within 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF GOODS, NO CLAIMS FOR SHORT DELIVERY CAN BE RECOGNISED AFTER THIS TIME. |
b) Pricing/Discounting/GST: (Invoice number and date must be quoted on all claims – To assist us reconciling and maintaining your account, any
query you may have on your invoice re pricing, discount or GST, should be forwarded to our office as quickly as possible and NO LATER THAN 10 days from date of invoice. |

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS |
a) No goods will be accepted without a return authority number from this company – (Invoice Number and Date must be quoted on all claims) |
b) Goods cannot be accepted back by this Company unless we have received prior notification, either by advising this office or our representative. At that time we will advise the mode of transport acceptable to us. Freight will not be paid on goods returned by means other than those nominate by this company. | |
1) Valid claims for incorrect goods will be credited in full, provided we are notified WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt of goods. Claims OVER 30 DAYS cannot be recognised. | |
2) Return of ‘resalable’ goods AFTER 30 DAYS will be at the Company’s discretion and subject to 20% surcharge for handling. | |
Resalable goods are:1. In the original packing 2. Not shop-soiled 3. Not price ticketed 4. Still current catalogue items. |

a) Goods returned in a unsaleable condition (ie other than as above) cannot be accepted back for credit and will be returned “freight on” to the sender | |
b) Faulty goods MUST first be inspected by our representative, who will arrange for their return or otherwise. |
